Requests to inspect public records at the Law School should be made to the Records Access Officer, Associate Dean for Administration and Finance Greg Koster, who is located in room 210E, phone 718-340-4264. Public records are available for inspection and copying by appointment only at a location to be designated.

You have a right to appeal a denial of a request for access to records to the CUNY General Counsel and Vice Chancellor for Legal Affairs. Copies of the university's Freedom of Information Law Procedures and the Freedom of Information Law Appeal Form are available at the reference desk of the library and the college website.
