CUNY School of Law provides a full-time academic program of instruction with classes, Lawyering Seminars, clinics, concentrations and internships scheduled during the day. It requires students to devote substantially all of their time to their studies during the academic year.

The American Bar Association Standards for Approval of Law Schools, which apply to all accredited law schools in the country, specify that "a student may not work in excess of 20 hours per week while attending a school on a full-time basis."

We are not able to consider individuals interested in part-time study.
