Andrew Fields, Instructor, teaches in the International Women's
Human Rights Clinic. A graduate of Dartmouth College, he received a J.D. cum
laude from Harvard Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard
Human Rights Journal. His first legal job was as a Skadden Arps Fellow at
Gay Men's Health Crisis, where he represented New Yorkers with AIDS in housing,
employment discrimination, insurance, and public benefits action. After three
years at Milbank, Tweed, Hadly & McCloy practicing general litigation, he
worked at Rabinowitz, Boudin, Standard, et al., a leading civil rights and civil
liberties firm, on international and constitutional law matters, and then on
federal litigation for Morrison & Foerster.
