Reunion 2008 on Friday, Oct. 17
The CUNY Law Reunion 2008 will be held on Friday, October 17. Reunion classes this year include the classes of 1988, 1993, 1998, 2003, and 2007. The event will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the 1199 / SEIU Cherkasky-Davis Conference Center, 330 W. 42nd St. in New York City.
A buffet dinner with drinks will be served. Music will be performed by a live jazz trio, featuring Ed Stoute. Watch your mailbox for upcoming invitations!
CUNY Law Alumni Reunion 2007
The
2007 Reunion took place on Friday, Oct. 19 at the 1199 SEIU Cherkasky/Davis
Conference Center at the McGraw Hill Building in Manhattan. A total of 99 alumni
attended, with the class of 1997 having the highest participation with 28 alums!
A total of $2,910 was raised for the reunion class gift. With drinks, dinner,
and a serenade in honor of the Dean, the night was a great success. Thank you to
all alumni who attended or sent a donation in lieu of purchasing a ticket. We
look forward to seeing you all at your next reunion!

The Class of 1992 celebrated their 15th Reunion in style! Old
friends gathered, reminisced and re-connected at the celebration on May 10,
2007. The Class of 1992 has also established a new record for giving, with
donations totaling over $8,000 and counting!
Thanks to all of you for
joining the celebration, and special thanks to the reunion committee members:
Arthur Aidala, Peter Thomas, Noel Downey and Josh Hanshaft, who helped make the
reunion so memorable.

CUNY School of Law Group Admission to the
U.S. Supreme Court
Dean Michelle Anderson invites you and a guest to
enjoy a memorable experience at the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. The
half-day event includes being admitted to the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court, a
Curator’s Office lecture on the Court’s history and a continental breakfast in
one of the Court's conference rooms.

NOTE: Attorneys are eligible for admission to the U.S. Supreme
Court Bar if they have been admitted to the bar of a state, the District of
Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for at least three years prior to
admission and must not have been the subject of any adverse disciplinary action
during the three years prior to admission. Supreme Court Rule 5. The day's
activities are offered at cost. Approximately $225 includes the Court's $200 Bar
admission filing fee, $17 for light continental breakfast including tax and
gratuity (breakfast for a guest additional $17) and an enlarged photo of the
group. The fee does not include transportation or lodging.
