Student Non-Profit Kicks Off With Art Auction

The People's Art, a non-profit initiative conceived by 3L Student Noah Marmar, kicked off with an auction of Rikers’ inmates artwork on Wednesday April 22. Hosted at CUNY School of Law, the auction raised about $5,000 for art supplies for donation to the Horizon Academy, The Daily News reports.
