3L Noted for Work on Immigration Fraud Case

Catalina Rosales, Class of 2009 was named as part of the legal team that filed a lawsuit to stop an immigration fraud scheme that charged victims up to $15,000 on false promises to secure residency and citizenship. The lawsuit was filed by the New York State Attorney General's Office, which named law intern Rosales in the press release as a key member of the legal team.
