Faculty and Alum Present at LatCrit XIV Conference

This year's Latina and Latino Critical Legal Theory, LatCrit XIV Conference "Outsiders Inside: Critical Outsider Theory and Praxis in the Policymaking of the New American Regime," featured several CUNY Law faculty speakers including Professors Jenny Rivera, Julie Goldscheid, and Rebecca Bratspies. In addition, recent alumna Samantha Thomas (CUNY Law ’09) presented "The Missing Images and Absence of Discussion: Race and Human Trafficking," as a LatCrit Student Scholar Project Awardee. Also presenting was Anthony Farley, a past CUNY Law Hayward Burns chair and Albany Law professor. The Conference was co-sponsored by American University Washington College of Law.
