Student Affairs

The Office of Student Affairs, under the supervision of Associate Professor Angela O. Burton, Interim Assistant Dean of Students, is an integral part of daily student life at CUNY School of Law. From new student orientation in August to commencement exercises in May, the Office of Student Affairs works closely with other Law School departments, as well as the city-wide CUNY system, to coordinate and oversee the organizations and activities of the Law School community.

The Office of Student Affairs coordinates the student government elections and the activity schedules of student organizations, as well as handling individual needs by counseling students with academic or personal difficulties, supporting students with disabilities, and assisting students in need of housing.
