Assistance to Students with Disabilities

CUNY Law School provides accommodation for students with learning, health-related or other types of disabilities.


Athletic Services

For a $45/year activity fee, CUNY Law School students can use the Queens College athletic facilities that include the weight room, swimming pool, gym and locker room.


Child Care

CUNY Law School offers its students an on-site Early Childhood Program, the first and still one of the few on-site child care centers in legal education in the nation. The Children's Center provides reasonably-priced, high-quality nurturing care for children, children, ages three months to two years, with a quality program of educational and recreational activities in a caring, multicultural environment.


Contemplative Lawyering

Recognizing that the work our students and graduates do is often highly stressful, the Law School offers a variety of tools for reducing stress and enriching learning and professional life.

Health Services

A licensed Adult Nurse Practitioner is available on campus three days a week and delivers a full range of health care services.


Health Insurance Options

CUNY School of Law provides access to a variety of health insurance plans.


Psychological Counseling Services

The Psychological Counseling Services offered by CUNY School of Law includes short-term, individual, couples, families and group counseling, consultation and referral services. These services are free of charge to enrolled students. The counseling provides a safe forum for discussing identified problems, as well as more general issues of effectiveness in work and personal life.


Student Housing Resources

The Office of Student Affairs at the Law School serves as a clearinghouse for students looking for apartments. Area residents and landlords often list their apartments with the Student Affairs Office.


Information Technology

The Office of Information Technology administers all computing, telecommunications, and audio-visual services in the law school.

Book Distribution Center

Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:55 PM

The Book Distribution Center will be open for the Spring 2012 Semester on Monday, Jan 2, 2012 and will operate full service until a week after the ADD-DROP period.
