Jean O'Doherty, an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) is available on campus three days a week during the spring 2009 semester. The ANP is licensed and will deliver a full range of health care services including: Diagnosis and treatment of acute healthcare problems, health promotion and disease prevention care for women and men, diagnose and manage minor trauma including splinting, perform physical examinations, interpret laboratory tests for screening, prescribe medications when necessary and make referrals.
