It can be a vital part of the culture in our school\, creating a sense of community\, empathy\, and shared purpose among its employees. With the power of storytelling\, the law school thrive in creating a work environment where everyone’s story mattered. \nIncorporating storytelling into the workplace can be transformative\, fostering a more connected and empathetic work atmosphere. It enables employees to look beyond titles and roles\, promoting unity and purpose within the organization. \n
