SUMMARY:Low-wage Workers' Rights: Basics & Recent Advancements in New York (CLE)
DESCRIPTION:This CLE will give an overview of the current legal issues facing low-wage workers in New York with a focus on workers’ compensation\, wage-and-hour violations\, and the rights of immigrant workers\, including undocumented workers.
