FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

The Institute on Gender, Law, and Transformative Peace has a Fellowship Program for CUNY law graduates 0-3 years out from graduation. Fellows engage with the International Criminal Court, United Nations and other international experts, international organizations and grassroots advocates, receiving hands-on experience and mentorship. Using a ground-up approach, fellows work with partners to develop international, regional, and domestic legal strategies that advance human rights and gender justice. Fellows also have the opportunity to attend international events and UN meetings to develop the skills necessary to bring legal submissions and other cases to international or regional mechanisms.
