In his article “Unaccompanied Minors at the U.S.-Mexico Border: The Shifting Sands of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status,” published in the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal, Prof. Richard Storrow confronts the traumatic social and economic conditions sparking the surge of unaccompanied minors attempting to enter the U.S. via the southwestern border.
