Financial Aid will be hosting a Story telling community building event
Storytelling is a powerful and engaging activity in the workplace that can promote better communication, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of an organization’s values and goals.
Storytelling can be more than just an activity. It can be a vital part of the culture in our school, creating a sense of community, empathy, and shared purpose among its employees. With the power of storytelling, the law school thrive in creating a work environment where everyone’s story mattered.
Incorporating storytelling into the workplace can be transformative, fostering a more connected and empathetic work atmosphere. It enables employees to look beyond titles and roles, promoting unity and purpose within the organization.
