Adelaide was born and raised in New York City to an Argentinean mother and Puerto Rican father. She is fluent in Spanish thanks to her childhood summers spent overseas in her mother’s native city of Buenos Aires. Adelaide’s heritage also played an essential role in her collegiate studies as she went on to receive a BA from Berkeley College in NYC, majoring in International Business. Adelaide developed a passion for fine cuisine while visiting Argentina and other countries around the world. Her favorite meal is a juicy piece of steak! In her free time, she likes to explore new restaurants throughout the city, steaks are preferred; however, they are not always required. Adelaide met her husband in college, and now are raising three children and two dogs together. The family has been residing in Queens, New York for the last decade. Adelaide is thankful for having the opportunity to raise her children in such diverse environment. Adelaide and her family love taking daily walks with her Pit-Bull Terrier Brandy and Shih-Tzu Buddy.
