Eduardo R.C. Capulong ’91 is a Professor of Law and Director of the Lawyering Program. Prior to joining the CUNY Law faculty, he was a Professor of Law and inaugural Associate Dean for Clinical and Experiential Education at the University of Montana, where he taught Lawyering, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Race, Racism and American Law, and Law and Social Justice. Professor Capulong was also a visiting scholar at the Universidad de Granada Facultad de Derecho, where he helped launch the law school’s first clinical course; lawyering professor at New York University; and public interest, public policy and externship programs director and lecturer at Stanford Law School, where he taught public interest lawyering and community organizing. He received his undergraduate degree in political science and journalism from NYU and law degree from CUNY as a Patricia Roberts Harris and Davis-Putter Fellow.
