Our 2024 Strategic Plan maps our path to lead in legal education innovation by centering the student experience, expanding our reach, amplifying our impact, and investing in mission-driven students, faculty, and staff.
Developed through a collaborative process that engaged students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community stakeholders, the plan reflects our commitment to access, equity, and innovation across every part of the institution. It charts a five-year course to deepen our impact, strengthen our learning community, and continue to lead legal education in service of human needs.
With input gathered through retreats, surveys, and more than 30 stakeholder meetings, this plan is both a reflection of who we are—and who we aspire to become.
