These 45-minute yoga classes will offer time to check-in with your stress levels, connect with your body, and make movement-based choices. Weekly themes: Connect, Anchor, Experience, Restore, Empower, Resilience, Intention, Mindfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Self-Acceptance, and Worthiness.
