Gregory E. Louis

Gregory E. Louis is an Associate Professor of Law at the City University of New York, specializing in business, nonprofit, and municipal corporate law as well as contracts. Prior to Professor Louis’s teaching career, he co-founded and served as the initial general counsel of Communities Resist, a civil legal services organization serving low-income households and community-based organizations in Brooklyn and Queens under a community lawyering and organizing model.
