Brightspace at CUNY Law

Brightspace is CUNY Law’s new online platform for managing courses, materials, and communication.

As our new cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS), Brightspace is where faculty post syllabi, readings, assignments, and grades—and where students submit work, check deadlines, and engage with their courses, whether in person or online.

Designed to support teaching and learning across all formats, Brightspace integrates with tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Panopto to support live sessions, recorded lectures, and multimedia content. Faculty can organize materials in clear modules, use built-in rubrics to streamline grading, and track student engagement along the way.

Whether a course meets face-to-face, online, or both—Brightspace helps keep everyone connected, organized, and ready to learn.
