Associate Director of AdmissionsAdelaide Rodriguez (she/her) is the Associate Director of Admissions, a place that she has called her professional home for over a decade. Adelaide began her CUNY journey in the law school’s library before transitioning to the Admissions department. A significant component of Adelaide’s various responsibilities include the recruitment of potential CUNY School of Law students, and individuals willing to trailblaze substantial change. When she isn’t traveling the nation looking for new prospects, Adelaide oversees the coordination of admissions events and ensures the day -to- day operations of the office are running smoothly. Adelaide loves the work she does and has always been passionate about diversification and equal opportunity being upheld within the legal profession. Adelaide was born and raised in New York City to an Argentinean mother and Puerto Rican father. She is fluent in Spanish thanks to her childhood summers spent overseas in her mother’s native city of Buenos Aires. Adelaide’s heritage also played an essential role in her collegiate studies as she went on to receive a BA from Berkeley College in NYC, majoring in International Business. Adelaide developed a passion for fine cuisine while visiting Argentina and other countries around the world. Her favorite meal is a juicy piece of steak! In her free time, she likes to explore new restaurants throughout the city, steaks are preferred; however, they are not always required. Adelaide met her husband in college, and now are raising three children and two dogs together. The family has been residing in Queens, New York for the last decade. Adelaide is thankful for having the opportunity to raise her children in such diverse environment. Adelaide and her family love taking daily walks with her Pit-Bull Terrier Brandy and Shih-Tzu Buddy.

Admissions CoordinatorAndrea Braveboy (she/her) is the Admissions Assistant for the Office of Admissions at CUNY Law.She has held this position since 2016. Andrea graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and attended Claremont Graduate University’s Research Evaluation program. Formerly a freelance makeup artist, Andrea believes in infusing creative energy into her work. Her tasks in the office include processing applications, processing fee waiver requests and collecting immunization paperwork from matriculated students. Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Los Angeles, CA, she has lived on and seen the best of both coasts.

Assistant Director of Outreach and Systems OperationsBibi N. Amin (she/her) works as an Admissions Coordinator at the CUNY School of Law. She is committed to access and equity for students, communities of color and others who are marginalized. She has carried that commitment to higher education throughout her decade as an admission professional first at Queens College, and now at the CUNY School of Law where her work supports the school's mission in being in service to every candidate and student. Her work at CUNY Law includes but is not limited to advising potential law school students, reviewing first-year, transfer, and visiting applications, pre-law advisor liaison, and conduct campus tours. When Bibi is not assisting future radical public interest lawyers, she is advocating for equity and sustainability for the Caribbean LGBTQ+ community. As an immigrant from Guyana, first-generation student, and member of the LGBTQ+ community, finding a home in college was challenging until she stepped foot onto a CUNY campus. She is a proud graduate of Queens College where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and minor in Urban Studies. She currently lives in the most diverse city in New York City, Queens. And, when she finds herself missing her birth country, she enjoys taking a drive through Richmond Hill aka Little Guyana to enjoy the taste of home. She highly recommends trying chicken curry and roti if you have never done so!

Admissions CoordinatorNathan Tosh (he/him) works as an Admissions Coordinator at the CUNY School of Law. Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in English from The University of North Florida and attended the University of Rochester’s graduate program in English. His professional career in Higher Education started while he was a student at the University of North Florida, where he helped develop and served as the first resident assistant for the state’s first Gender-Inclusive Housing program. Prior to coming to CUNY Law, Nathan held a position at LaGuardia Community College’s Women’s Center and LGBTQ+ Hub. Throughout his professional career, Nathan has been involved in a variety of committees and programmatic initiatives, primarily focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Nathan is driven by the mission of CUNY Law to diversify the legal profession, and galvanizing individuals to make social change.Nathan is a Florida native who moved to New York in 2017. In his free time, Nathan enjoys weightlifting, participating in community cleanups and cooking groups, and running with We Run Uptown. Nathan has two cats, both named after movies: Bladerunner 2049 and Mad Max.

Admissions CoordinatorRichard J Sepulveda (He/Him): Is currently working as an Admissions Coordinator for the CUNY School of Law. A native of Brooklyn NY, Richard has been a part of the CUNY community for nearly 20 years! He has studied at LaGuardia Community College (LaGCC), where he earned an AA in Philosophy, and later completed a BA in Philosophy with a minor in English from Brooklyn College. During his undergraduate career, he was involved in several student organizations. These experiences led him to pursue a career in higher education administration. Initially starting as a call-center representative and part-time college assistant at LaGCC, he went on to become a full-time CUNY Office Assistant at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) in 2014, where he gained extensive experience in higher education administration and library operations.Formerly an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, Richard suffered a significant setback due to an accident that left him partially disabled in early 2019. While this was a major life disruption, it gave him a newfound passion for helping members of CUNY’s disabled community achieve their full academic potential. He continues to further his education through graduate coursework at John Jay College and aspires to obtain his JD at his newest CUNY home and employer, The CUNY School of Law. He intends to apply his knowledge and experience toward the cause of social justice and creating a more equitable policy landscape, especially for those who are differently abled.Richard is a proud father of two and an avid believer in the power of positive thinking. He enjoys reading, fiction writing, and learning new skills related to emergency preparedness. His favorite books are As a Man Thinketh by James Allen, The Kybalion by Three Initiates, and Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. His favorite food is tostones con mojo de ajo (fried green plantains with garlic sauce). His favorite subway train is the A train—because it’s not glamorous, but it’s tough and keeps going.
