Cultivating Mindfulness and Combatting Antisemitism

A program on mindful meditation, followed by a discussion of combatting antisemitism.
A program on mindful meditation, breathing techniques and self-reflection, to encourage participants to calmly contemplate their own values, beliefs, and attitudes toward different groups of people. This will be followed by a viewing and discussion of an hour-long EEOC YouTube presentation on combatting antisemitism.
