A workshop introducing students to the foundations and practical techniques of mindfulness.

It is normal for students to feel stressed by the workload associated with their academic programs, and the demands of law school can sometimes make that stress feel overwhelming. This workshop introduces the concept of mindfulness and provides practical techniques to help students better manage and cope with stress.
