Organizing Intergenerational Warriors: Movement Against State-Sponsored Violence and Political Repression Here and Abroad
This year marks the 58th anniversay of a cadre of young activist lawyers and legal workers on the front lines of the movement for Black Liberation, and forming the National Conference of Black Lawyers (NCBL). In October of this year, NCBL’s NY chapter will host the annual conference and will continue the movement to fight to free political prisoners, demand reparations, advance civil rights litigation, build solidarity economies, strengthen Black legal observer collectives, confront and resist fascism, fight for voter education, and engage with our next generation of warriors to support every facet of the Black freedom movement.
