NEBLSA Movement Lawyering Panel & Speed Networking

November 17 @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST

Free

Movement lawyering is an approach to law that focuses on using legal strategies to support social movements and advocate for systemic change. In a panel discussion, CUNY faculty and esteemed guests will discuss their involvement in working closely with grassroots organizations and activists to address social and political issues through legal means. After the panel, join us for a “speed date” style cocktail hour to chat and network with our guests.
