A symposium about the Second Look Act, a bill pending in the NYS legislature guaranteeing sentence review after a person has served 10 years in prison regardless of their original sentence or crime of conviction.
The symposium will feature comments from New York State Chief Judge Rowan Wilson, members of the legislature, people directly impacted by the Second Look Act, and CUNY faculty.
