This Continuing Legal Education (CLE) will review the current legal landscape surrounding short term rentals for Board members of, and attorneys representing, co-ops and condos. It will also look at the issues surrounding AirBnBs for single-family and multi-family properties in New York City.

This CLE program is approved for both experienced and newly admitted attorneys, except that newly admitted attorneys are not eligible for the 0.5 diversity credit. Consistent with NY State regulations, CLE credit will be offered only to those attorneys completing the entire session; attorneys attending only part of a session are not eligible for partial credit. Attorneys arriving late are welcome to attend the program but will not be eligible for credit. Also note that for remote trainings, attorneys must attend on the webinar; we cannot extend credit for audio-only participation.
