During orientation, students will begin one of their first-semester courses, entitled Liberty, Equality, and Due Process (“LEDP”). The Academic Skills sessions will occur before the LEDP classes. During these sessions, Skills professors will introduce students to critical law school skills, including case reading, case briefing, note-taking, rule synthesis, and exam writing. The Academic Skills sessions will provide an opportunity to both “pre-brief” and “debrief” the LEDP classes.
