This Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program will explore the solidarity economy, racial and economic justice, and how these intersect with current norms and practices around trademark and intellectual property law. The industry focus will be on digital services and software cooperatives, although the foundational concepts will be applicable across industries.

These CLE programs are approved for both experienced and newly admitted attorneys, except that newly admitted attorneys are not eligible for the Diversity, Inclusion & Elimination of Bias credit. Consistent with NY State regulations, CLE credit will be offered only to those attorneys completing the entire session; attorneys attending only part of a session are not eligible for partial credit. Attorneys arriving late are welcome to attend the program but will not be eligible for credit. Also note that for remote programs, attorneys must view the webinar; we cannot extend credit for audio-only participation.
