Wills and Trust: Practical Skills to Protect and Prepare (CLE)

This CLE will discuss the basics of estate planning, including will drafting and trust creation for clients. It will also address common issues that arise during the probate/administration of the estate leading up to distribution as well as how best to protect your client and their assets.

These CLE programs are approved for both experienced and newly admitted attorneys, except that newly admitted attorneys are not eligible for the Diversity, Inclusion & Elimination of Bias credit. Consistent with NY State regulations, CLE credit will be offered only to those attorneys completing the entire session; attorneys attending only part of a session are not eligible for partial credit. Attorneys arriving late are welcome to attend the program but will not be eligible for credit. Also note that for remote programs, attorneys must view the webinar; we cannot extend credit for audio-only participation.
