The Accounting Department provides accounting services, such as, revenue accounting for Tuition and Fees. In addition, provides accounting services for all of the College’s non-tax levy related entities. The non-tax levy related entities include:
- Foundation
- Justice and Auxiliary
- Student Association
- Non-Tax Levy
- Others
The Accounting Department is responsible for properly recording deposits and payments according to the guidelines of required by each type of account. The Accounting Department is also responsible for monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts and maintaining the system of record for all related entities per Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
