Introducing the CUNY Law Alumni Connection Series
Building Bridges. Strengthening Community. Supporting Each Other.
Join us on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, for the next meeting of the CUNY Law Alumni Connection Series — a new monthly virtual gathering designed to foster meaningful relationships among graduates across all class years and career paths.
The CUNY Law Alumni Connection Series is co-facilitated by alums Angela Torregoza ’12 and Yogi Patel ’06.
Each session will be an opportunity to reconnect, share experiences, and expand your professional network whether you’re practicing law, leading in public service, or pursuing impact in another field.

This month we spotlight alum Jason Moor ’21, a member of the Law School’s third evening cohort. During his time at CUNY Law, he was actively involved in the Disability and Aging Justice Clinic. Jason has remained deeply engaged in pro bono representation and advocacy for clients with disabilities while also serving as a partner at S.R. Labby LLP, where he represents families and individuals in domestic and family matters and civil litigation.

We’re also excited to spotlight Anita Ugalde, the Community Legal Resource Network (CLRN) Program Manager and newest member of our Alumni Engagement and Initiatives team!
“Our alumni are the heartbeat of CUNY Law’s mission. This series is about rekindling connections, creating new ones, and building a community that continues to uplift one another long after graduation.” — Interim Dean Natalie Gomez-Velez
