The Housing Rights Project and LPE Collective welcome CUNY Law’s Prof. John Whitlow and Prof. Greg Baltz from Rutgers Law school. Both are scholars in the area of Housing Justice and Tenant Power and regular contributors to the LPE Project: https://lpeproject.org/. One approach emulates Labor Law through the formation of Tenant Unions and rent strikes.
