Designed for incoming 1L students, this session introduces the Office of Equal Opportunity & Diversity and explores how constructive dialogue, rooted in curiosity, empathy, and respect, can help students engage productively across differences, navigate challenging conversations, and contribute to an inclusive law school community. Participants will also receive a brief overview of the CDO, Title IX, and 504 Coordinator role and responsibilities, including available protections, accommodations, and support resources
